One of my email addresses at a yahoo based domain has mail that will not download to my POP software. How can I access the mail to delete the bad email?

For example, if you have a yahoo mail, hotmail, and/or other web based email accounts. Is there a software that allows you to register all of them, and then will notify you of new emails that come in to any one of those accounts?
